We will gladly issue a refund, exchange or boutique credit for all non-clearance merchandise received within 7 days of receipt of item(s). All clearance merchandise is FINAL sale. There will be no exchanges or refunds on clearance items. Any expedited or any special shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error has occurred.

Please contact us immediately for any return/exchange inquiry, as we will refuse any unauthorized return. If for any reason you receive damaged or defective merchandise please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for store policy.

Any invoices paid via eCheck through Paypal will require a 5 day hold on merchandise until the eCheck has posted.

We are a specialty boutique and large quantities are not available on any items. In fact, many pieces are one of a kind. But, if you see something you like and it appears that we don’t have your size available, or have sold out of that item, please email us to find out if we can get it for you at

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your order. During holidays or an overflow of orders shipping may take longer but will shipped in the order it was received. Shipments handled by UPS will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email. Please contact us directly if you need an item immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you. All orders over $150 will receive FREE domestic standard ground shipping.
